Couple Pleads No Contest to Child Abuse Charges
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – A Coudersport husband and wife have pleaded no contest to felony child abuse charges.
Norman Buchanan, Sr., age 67, and his wife, Dorothy Buchanan, age 52, both pleaded no contest to one count of third-degree felony endangering the welfare of a child.
Buchanan and his wife were both charged with numerous offenses, including aggravated assault and indecent assault, after allegations of ongoing abuse between 2003 and 2007 were made.
A sentencing timeline was not available at the time of this posting.
maybe someone should look at the way the kids are treated by the daughter ( miss goody 2 shoes holly) her self. but thats covered up cuz she is friends with a Certain cys worker.
Haven’t these people been in trouble several times before? For the same thing? Seems to me some one should have woke up a long time ago about these people being able to be around children.
This family has had a long history of abuse. I know a lot of people have tried to protect the kids numerous times. The state has failed to keep these 2 from hurting their kids over and over mentally and physically. I can only hope that the higher powers that be will take care of them both.
well gee noneya…if you seem to know so much about what is going on in Hollys household…maybe you should step up…but be carefull that your own doorstep is completely free of dirt that can be dug up about yourself. To hide behind a computer screen and throw words and accusations around so freely leads me to believe than either…you yourself have something to hide….or perhaps you are talking out your ass!
