Hunter charged by Game Commission in Shooting

PIKE TWP. – Keith E. Enders, 51, of Etters, PA, was charged by the Northcentral PA Game Commission with Felony Aggravated Assault(F1), (2) counts of Shooting at or Causing Injury to a Human, Failing to Render Assistance After a Hunting Accident, Flight to Avoid Apprehension Trial or Punishment, (4) counts of Simple Assault, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. No other information is available at this time.

GALETON – Joshua S. Gray, 32, of Cumberland, MD, was charged by Galeton Boro police with several counts of DUI(M), including DUI-Controlled Substance/Alcohol Combination, on July 22. A summons was issued and a Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for August 27 at 11:00 am.

GALETON – Clinton J. Barnes, 27, of Fort Ashby, WV, was charged by Galeton Boro police with (3) counts of Disorderly Conduct(M3), Retail Theft, and Public Drunkeness. Barnes was arraigned in Delores G. Bristol’s courtroom on July 22 at 11:20 am and released on $3,500 unsecured bail. A Preliminary Hearing scheduled for July 28 has been postponed until August 27 at 10:00 am.

SHINGLEHOUSE – Carol A. Learn, 67, of Shinglehouse, PA, was charged by Shinglehouse Boro police with Summary Harrassment – Subject Others to Physical Contact. A summons was issued.
