Criminal Mischief in Roulette
1 min readTrooper Uhl of the Coudersport PSP reports that between midnight 4/29/12 and 1430 hours 4/30/12 unknown actors punctured a lawn mower tire belonging to Janice Litzinger of Burleson Avenue, Roulette, PA, with a sharp object, then fled the scene.
