Criminal Mischief in Tioga County

Trooper Daniel Spath of the Mansfield PSP reports on an incident of criminal mischief which occurred between 4-9-12 and 4-10-12 1800-0630 hours.  Unknown individuals broke four windows on three pieces of construction equipment at Parker #727 site, Bogar Run Road, Liberty Township, Tioga County.  The victim is J.L. Watts Excavating, Inc. of Pipersville, PA.
