Dennis D. Bristol Charged with Simple Assault & Harassment

Trooper VanValkenburg reports that between 3/17 and 3/18/2012 he investigated a simple assault which occurred in Ulysses Boro.  A known female, 49, was a victim of domestic violence.  It was determined that she was pushed to the floor and then kicked by Bristol resulting in minor injuries.  Bristol was taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault and Harassment and arraigned at District Court 55-4-01.
