Disorderly Conduct Charge For Signage

Cpl. K.L.Young of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 4-01-12 Daniel F. McKenny, Jr., 56, of Reese Hill Road in Wellsboro was charged with a summary count of Disorderly Conduct.  McKenny posted signs in his yard stating, “Turn around here I will shoot you” and placed a paper target with bullet holes on the sign.  McKenny was reportedly upset about the speed of traffic on Reese Hill Road.
