DUI Arrest in Homer TWP
A recent incident in Homer Township, Potter County, resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old male from Jamestown, NY, for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and marijuana. The incident occurred on October 28, 2025, at approximately 8:18 PM, at the location of 199 Southwoods Road.
According to reports, Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Coudersport Troopers responded to a call for service and discovered that the individual, identified as Scott GAPA, was operating a 2015 white Ford Explorer on a state highway while impaired. The troopers conducted an investigation and subsequently filed charges through MDJ 55-3-01.
