DUI for Palmatier
Trooper Chad E. Savannah reports that he initiated a traffic stop on Wayne D. Palmatier, 39, of Coudersport for an expired inspection violation on 3-31-12 at 7:38 PM. Upon making contact with Palmatier, he was determined to be under the influence. DUI and related summary charges will be filed against Palmatier through District Court 55-3-01.
