SMETHPORT, Pa. — A Reynoldsville woman is facing multiple charges, including driving under the influence and marijuana possession, in McKean County.
According to court records, Susan L. Hughes, 64, of Reynoldsville, has been charged with several counts related to a February 26, 2026 incident.
The charges include: 75 Pa.C.S. § 3802(d)(2), 75 Pa.C.S. § 3802(d)(1)(i), and 75 Pa.C.S. § 3802(d)(1)(iii), all related to driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance; 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(31), possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use; 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(32), use or possession of drug paraphernalia; and 75 Pa.C.S. § 4306(a), use of multi-beam road lighting equipment on oncoming traffic.
