Dunn Recognized For Professional/Advanced Certification

glenndunnPotter County Emergency Management Coordinator Glenn Dunn (left) was recently recognized by the Pa. Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) for achieving both professional and advanced certification. The awards were presented by Tim Baughman, PEMA’s deputy director for operations. Dunn brought a breadth of experience to the Potter County Department of Emergency Services when he was hired by the Potter County Board of Commissioners. He was trained in basic and advanced firefighting with the Coudersport Volunteer Fire Department. To achieve professional and advanced certification, he had to successfully complete a detailed training program/curriculum administered by PEMA and demonstrate his knowledge and competence in a broad variety of emergency management responsibilities.
