An Emporium man is facing charges after slamming a Bradford woman’s head to the floor repeatedly Saturday morning. State Police have charged 48 year-old John Kirkman with assaulting 48 year-old Sharon Fitzsimmons of Bradford at a residence in Cameron County. Kirkman was arrested and issued an appearance ticket to Shippen Township Court.
