Emporium Man DUI
1 min readPORTAGE TWP. – An Emporium man faces DUI charges after an incident on May 8 at the intersection of the Old Portage Road and Route 872.
State Police say they made contact with Terry L. Leightley, age 57, of Emporium, when it appeared that his 2003 Chevrolet Silverado had become disabled while turning onto the Old Portage Road.
Police say during an investigation into the possible disabled vehicke, it was determined that Leightley was driving under the influence.
He will be charged in District Court 55-3-01.
