1 min readKEATING TWP. – An Emporium man was uninjured after crashing his pickup truck on Route 155 late last night.
State Police said 32-year-old Samuel C. Olivett was traveling south at approximately 11:00 am when the rear of his 2006 Dodge Dakota began sliding off the edge of the roadway. Police said Olivett’s truck then continued down the berm of the road and eventually transferred into the oncoming lane of traffic where it began to fish-tail. The truck eventually flipped over onto its driver’s side and into a tree after the driver saw oncoming traffic and cut the wheel in an attempt to steer back into his lane.
Police said Olivett, who was wearing a seatbelt at the time, was uninjured and was not charged.
