Escaped Prisoner Arrested in Altoona
1 min readALTOONA – An escaped inmate of the Blair County Prison was apprehended in Altoona yesterday.
Robert Michael Losowski, age 38, was arrested during a traffic stop initiated by Altoona police.
Losowski went missing from the prison after failing to return from work-release duty on October 4.
He was arraigned in front of District Judge Jeffrey Aucker and remanded back to the Blair County Prison in lieu of $50,000 straight bail.
