Fatal Fire in Cattaraugus County

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal fire that occurred early Saturday morning on Ten Mile Road in the Town of Carrollton.

The fire investigation team responded to the scene and is still investigating the cause of the fire.

The identity of the victim located inside the residence is pending positive identification and notification to next of kin.
