Fifth Annual Trunk or Treat Slated For Sunday
1 min readFor the fifth year in a row, trick or treaters will parade through the Grace Lutheran parking lot to participate in “Trunk or Treat”. The event will be held Monday, October 31, from 6:00-7:30PM, during trick or treating hours.
Volunteers will decorate the trunks of their cars along the parking lot, and pass out candy to trick or treaters as they make their way through the neighborhood. Inside the gym at the Community Life Center will be carnival games for the children as well.
Event organizers estimated that more than 3,000 eople walked through the event last year, with even more expected this year.
“The kids love it, the parents love it, and it really helps provide a safe, and family friendly way for the community to come together,” says Josh Hatcher, Media Coordinator at Open Arms Community Church.
