Fifth St. Bonaventure Fire-bomber Sentenced
1 min readA fifth defendant in the St. Bonaventure fire-bombing case has been sentenced.
Mark Braithwaite, age 21, of Franklinville, NY, was sentenced to 5 years of probation for his role in conspiring to throw a molotov cocktail into a St. Bonaventure campus apartment building on October 17, 2010.
Four of Braithwaite’s co-defendants, who were convicted on various charges including assault and arson, were sentenced to probation earlier this year.
