Film Draws Parallels Between U.S., Nazi Germany

Our way of life is under siege, a scenario that has frightening parallels to other times, such as Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia.
And as the documentary, “End of America,” shown at Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Klump Academic Center Tuesday made clear, many of our cherished freedoms are vanishing right before us.
Narrated by author Naomi Wolf and based on her best-selling book, the film revealed how America’s leaders during the Bush Administration used the specter of terrorism to frighten its citizens into silence, while wrongly committing acts against people who dared to speak out.
Where does that leave America?
