WATCH AREA THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. THE POTENTIALLY EXCESSIVE RAINFALL RATES COULD CAUSE RAPID RISES ON AREA RIVERS AND STREAMS. LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS COULD ALSO BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODING.
