THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED AN 

* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR... 
EASTERN MCKEAN COUNTY... POTTER COUNTY... 

* UNTIL 900 PM EDT... 

* AT 600 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING DUE TO 
SLOW MOVING SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS POTTER 
COUNTY AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF MCKEAN COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR 
ESTIMATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE PAST 
3 HOURS OVER PARTS OF THE ADVISORY AREA. EXPECT MINOR FLOODING 
NEAR SMALL STREAMS TO BEGIN SHORTLY...ALONG WITH SIGNIFICANT 
PONDING OF WATER THROUGHOUT LOW LYING AREAS AND IN SOME TOWNS. 

* LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT 
LIMITED TO...SHINGLEHOUSE...ROULETTE...COUDERSPORT...OSWAYO...AND 
PORT ALLEGANY. 
THE NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DRIFT TO THE 
NORTH THIS EVENING AND PRODUCE LOCALLY UP TO ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN.
