A STALLED FRONTAL SYSTEM IN COMBINATION WITH TROPICAL MOISTURE FROM THE GULF STATES WILL CONTINUE THE THREAT OF HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH THURSDAY.
* MUCH OF NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA DID NOT SEE MUCH RAIN AS CENTRAL AND SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA THE LAST 2 DAYS. HOWEVER…A NEARLY STATIONARY FRONT ACROSS CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA THIS EVENING IS EXPECTED TO LIFT NORTHWARD LATE TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR 2 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA BY THURSDAY MORNING.
