Food Pantry, Pet Supply Drive Concludes This Week

Potter County employees are winding down their holiday food drive with a final appeal for community support. Everything that is collected from now until the end of this week will be donated to local food banks and Teacher’s Pet Rescue. (That’s right — pet food and pet supplies are welcome, too!)

Collection bins for non-perishable items have been placed in the main hallways of the Gunzburger Building (use Main Street entrance) and the courthouse.

Employees also raised funds for the county’s Meals On Wheels program and Christmas House with a 50/50 drawing, raffles, and other activities. For more information, contact Sherry Ianson at 260-5659, ext. 313.
