Ford Recalling 1.2 Million F-150’s
1 min readDETROIT, MI – Ford Motor Company is expanding a previous recall to include approximately 1.2 million F-150 pickup trucks due to an air bag defect.
The recall includes trucks from model year 2004 through 2006.
Ford initially recalled 150,000 trucks in February. Despite resistance from the company, U.S. safety regulators announced today that Ford will increase the recall because air bags in the trucks can unexpectedly deploy, resulting in injury or death to drivers.
