Former Millport Man Killed in Tioga County Crash

Justin T. West, 26, of Wayland, NY, formerly of  Millport, died today at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre from injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident that occurred yesterday along Rt. 6, several miles east of Galeton, in Tioga County.
