Four Charged After Starlite Inn Fight

KEATING TWP. – Four people face charges of Harassment and Disorderly Conduct after an altercation that occurred at the Starlite Inn in Keating Township, Potter County.
According to police, on November 19 at approximately 11:37 pm, Paul W. Popp, 37, of Sutersville, PA, James A. Popp, Jr., 40, of Huntingdon, PA, and Robert L. Dynda, 22, of Austin, PA, engaged in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation.
Police say that while Dynda was engaged in the fight with Paul and James Popp, Christine M. Patchell, 43, of West Newton, PA, struck Dynda in the back.
As a result of the altercation all of the individuals listed above were charged with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
At the time of the incident, Austin Dept. 44 was dispatched to the scene and responded with two ambulances.
