Free ‘Healthy Families/Healthy Kids’ Seminar Tuesday

A free seminar, “Healthy Families/Health Kids,” is scheduled for 7 pm Tuesday, July 20, at the Millstream Inn conference room, across from Charles Cole Memorial Hospital. Registered nurse Pat Northheimer will present a program spotlighting three steps to help people to get their health back on track: exercise for the out-of-shape (walking and stretching); how much is enough?
