Free Community Presentation Thursday At CCMH Coudersport Wellness Center
The Charles Cole Memorial Hospital Wellness Center has announced a free community presentation, to be held on July 28 between 5:15 pm and 7:00pm. The presentation will teach participants stress reduction, relaxation techniques and exercise methods. Registration is not required. Participants should were comfortable clothing and shoes.
