Individuals who are looking into starting a new business are encouraged to attend a seminar that is being offered by the Potter County Education Council in Coudersport on Wednesday, Sept. 26. The session, from 8:30 to noon, will cover what to consider before starting a business – financing, license/tax information, regulations, business planning and available resources. There is no fee.
