Gabler Veterans Legislation Headed to Governor’s Desk

Legislation that would help improve services provided by county veterans’ affairs directors in Pennsylvania is headed to Gov. Tom Corbett’s desk after passage Monday by the state Senate.
State Representative Matt Gabler (R- Clearfield & Elk), sponsor of the bill said his legislation is specifically designed to improve outreach programs at a time when large numbers of returning veterans are in need of services.
