Galeton Man Accused of Pushing, Punching Woman
1 min readWEST BRANCH TWP. – State Police in Coudersport say they arrested 44-year-old Arthur P. Seymour, of Germania Road, Galeton, for harassment.
Police allege Seymour grabbed a 23-year-old woman during an argument and then pushed her against a wall, eventually punching her in the back of the head.
Police say the incident took place at a Germania residence on the evening of May 7.
