Galeton Man Charged With DUI After Crash

GAINES – Jay A. Manns, 29, of Galeton, was charged by PA State Police with DUI, after the vehicle he was driving crashed in Gaines Township on September 28.

Mann faces a Preliminary Hearing on December 3 in District Judge Phillip L. Sweet’s courtroom.
