Galeton Man Charged with Megan’s Law Violation
1 min readGALETON – A Galeton man has been charged with a Megan’s Law violation for failing to update his employer information.
Kenneth Robert Mack, 65, was charged with one count of Failure to Comply with Sexual Offender Requirements, a first-degree felony.
Police say Mack was charged after he appeared at the State Police barracks on Denton Hill to update his address. Police say during the process they discovered that Mack had failed to update his employer information within the required 48 hours.
Mack, who was convicted of Aggravated Indecent Assault, is listed as a lifetime offender on the Megan’s Law website.
Mack was arraigned in District Court 55-4-03 and released on $15,000 unsecured bail.
