Galeton Man Victim of Criminal Mischief
1 min readWEST BRANCH TWP. – Police say 54-year-old Donald Hinman, of Galeton, was the victim of criminal mischief, after unknown actor(s) arrived at 21 Paul Hollow Road in West Branch Township and struck his vehicle with an unknown blunt object, causing a scratch to the bumper, before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.
The incident happened sometime between midnight on April 22 and 11:30 am on May 22.
