Galeton Woman Accused of Statutory Sexual Assault

GALETON – State Police say they investigated a report of a possible Statutory Sexual Assault that occurred between November 29 and December 13 at a residence in the Borough of Galeton.

Police say their investigation revealed that 22-year-old Kylie A. Bahr, of 69 Clinton Street in Galeton, PA, had sexual contact with a known 15-year-old male, also from Galeton.

Polise say it was determined that probable cause did exist to arrest the accused for the following charges: Statutory Sexual Assault(F2), Corruption of Minors(M1) and Indecent Assault(M2).

Bahr was arrested and arraigned in front of District Judge Barbara Easton and released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
