Galeton Woman Charged with Criminal Trespass

ULYSSES – Police have charged 51-year-old Darcy L. Emmick, of Sherman Street in Galeton, PA, with Criminal Trespass after Emmick allegedly entered a Telescope residence illegally.

Police say Emmick entered the rear entrance of a home belonging to Candace L. Parslow, 39 of Ulysses, without the owner’s permission. Emmick then left the residence and fled in an unknown direction.

Police later found Emmick at her residence in Galeton and placed her under arrest.

She was brought before District Judge Delores G. Bristol and then released on $15,000 unsecured bail.
