Gas Company Spokesman To Address Emergency Planning Group

Next meeting of the Potter County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will feature a presentation by a representative of Range Resources on natural gas well site emergency management issues and related topics. Range is an independent oil and gas company operating in the Appalachian, Southwestern and Gulf Coast regions. Range holds the gas rights to a considerable amount of acreage in the Marcellus Shale region. All fire departments, ambulance services, fire police and other emergency responders are welcome to attend the meeting, which will start at 11 am on Tuesday, Sept. 28, and be held in the Emergency Operations Center at Maple View.
