CLARA TWP. – Three employees from Geokinetics Inc., a geophysical services company that specializes in servicing the petroleum and mining industries, have been charged with Criminal Trespass after a landowner discovered that they had illegally placed a line on his property.
Dennis Zinck, of 888 Clara Road, Clara Township, contacted authorities after he discovered the illegal activity.
State Police then contacted Geokinetics Inc., who identified the three employees as Amaya Chavez, 40, of Lufkin, TX, Edgar Otero, 31, of Pharr, TX, and Jorge Posadas, 33, of Houston, TX. All three defendants will face charges of Criminal Trespass in District Judge Barbara J. Easton’s courtroom.
