Genesee Man Accused of Assaulting Woman with Cell Phone
1 min readBINGHAM TWP. – A Genesee man has been charged with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly struck a known 34-year-old woman in the back of a head with a cell phone.
Police say the incident began as a verbal argument between 38-year-old Lawrence C. Thompson and the unnamed woman on November 6 at a Hickox/Ulysses Road residence, and then escalated into the assault which caused a laceration on the woman’s head.
Thompson will be charged in District Court 55-4-03 (Delores G. Bristol).
