Genesee Man Arrested
1 min readALLEGANY TWP. – A Genesee man is behind bars after he allegedly entered a Rose Lake Lane home and subjected a woman to unwanted physical contact.
State Police say 29-year-old Jason A. Greiss, of 142 Rose Lake Lane, Genesee, PA, entered the residence of 59-year-old John W. Harmon, and then subjected a known 25-year-old female to unwanted physical contact.
Greiss was charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest and harassment.
He was arraigned in front of District Judge Annette Easton and jailed on $5,000 bail.
Police say an investigation into the matter continues.
