Genesee Man Sentenced to Probation on Stalking Charge
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – A Genesee man was sentenced to probation for stalking and other related charges in Judge Stephen Minor’s courtroom on April 25.
Cody Alan Kibbe, 23, of Genesee, was sentenced to a total of 12 months of probation on one count of Stalking: Repeatedly to Cause Fear(M1), one count of Harassment(M3), and one count of Trespass(M3).
He was also ordered to pay court costs, a monthly supervision fee of $25, and a monthly administration fee of $20. He is also required to perform 20 hours of community service, attend NA/AA meetings as directed, and take part in a Victim Impact Panel Presentation.
Kibbe was ordered to have no contact with his victim or the victim’s family.
Kibbe was represented by George Stenhach, Esq. The case was prosecuted by District Attorney Andy Watson.
