Graham DUI
1 min readTrooper Daniel J. Spath of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 3-31-12 he initiated a traffic stop on SR414 at Heatley Road for a lawful reason. Neal Bradley Graham, 37, of Liberty, PA was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Graham was taken into custody and transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital where he consented to a legal blood draw. Graham will be charged with DUI and associated traffic violations. Charges will be filed at 04-3-03.
