Handicap Sign Taken in Westfield

Trooper Derrick Watters reports that on 4-5-12 someone stole a handicap sign belonging to Elaine Atwell, 71, of Westfield, PA from the roadside.  Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact Coudersport PSP at 814-274-8690.
