Harassment in Tioga County

Trooper Trevor D. Danko of the Mansfield PSP reports that 4-3-12 at 0041 hours he investigated an incident of Harassment which occurred at 8475 N. Elk Run Road, Sullivan Township, Tioga County.  The crime occurred as the accused, Donald Lee, 47, and the victim, Michael Hughes, 43, engaged in a verbal argument which turned physical when the victim was walking away from the accused.  The accused grabbed the victim in the neck area.  Investigation continues.
