Rep. Sandra Major (R-Susquehanna – Wayne – Wyoming) will co-chair a public hearing of the House Republican Policy Committee on issues surrounding the Marcellus Shale natural gas pipelines, including structure, regulations and jurisdiction.

Major; Rep. Stan Saylor (R-York), chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee; and policy committee members. Those testifying will include Robert F. Powelson, commissioner of the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission (PUC); Kathryn Z. Klaber, president, Marcellus Shale Coalition; and Greg Brazaitis, vice president of Government and State Affairs, Energy Transfer Partners, L.P.
