House Judiciary Committee Approves ‘Castle Doctrine’ Bill

The ‘Castle Doctrine’ bill, which was previously vetoed by the Rendell Administration, was again approved by the House Judiciary Committee today, says PA State Representative Martin Causer.

The bill would give home and property owners more rights to defend themselves and use force when confronted with a criminal.

The bill may come up for a vote later this week in the House.
