House Select Committee on Property Tax Reform to Hold Hearing on Proposed Legislation

Thomas Quigley (R-Montgomery) and the House Select Committee on Property Tax Reform will hold a public hearing on legislation designed to bring about reform of property taxes levied by local governments and school districts. The committee was established by Quigley’s House Resolution 774, directing the committee to perform a study of these taxes and report its findings to the House by Nov. 30.
