House State Government Committee Approves PennWATCH

State Representative Martin Causer today announced that the PA House State Government Committee approved several reform bills yesterday, including one co-sponsored by Causer that will create a web-based clearinghouse of state government information.

The web portal will be named PennWATCH (PA Web Accountability, Transparency, and Contract Hub).

The goal of the information center will be to make all state departmental and agency budgets, as well as contracts and vendor information, available to the public online.
