Hunter Arrested for Trespassing
1 min readBINGHAM TWP. – A Delaware man has been cited for trespassing after he was allegedly turkey hunting on posted property.
State Police say 37-year-old Carl T. Waibel, of Bear, DE was found to be illegally hunting on posted property belonging to 49-year-old David G. Poli, of Doylestown, PA.
The incident allegedly took place approximately 1,000 yards southwest of the Ulysses Hickcox Road in Bingham Township, Potter County on May 14.
Waibel faces summary charges of criminal trespass in District Judge Delores G. Bristol’s courtroom.
