Hunter in Stable Condition Following Accidental Shooting in Willing
1 min readWILLING – A Bolivar man is in stable condition at Jones Memorial Hospital Sunday after he was accidentally shot the day before, said Amity-based state police.
Jamie Blauvelt, 38, was hunting in a wooded area about a half-mile from Fortner Road when he was shot by his hunting partner, David A. Rould II, 22, of Bolivar. The county 911 Dispatch Center got the call at 2:02 p.m. The two hunters were participating in a deer push at the time.
