Jason M. Coy Sentenced

On March 14th in the Court of Common Pleas, No. 122-2011, Jason M. McCoy was sentenced as follows:  As to Count 3: Fail to Carry Registration, pay fine of $25.00.  As to Count 4: Fail to Keep Right, pay fine of $25.00.  As to Count 5: Careless Driving, pay fine of $25.00.  As to Count 6:  Inv. by Officer/Duty of Operator, pay fine of $25.00  The defendant shall pay Local Lab Fee Reimbursement of $74.00.  The defendant having been the subject of a D & A evaluation will take part in recommended treatment programs relative to drug or alcohol abuse, at his/her own expense.
